The course is deliberately short and practical. Three video lessons cover careers in sports management, how to learn sports analytics from scratch, and how to actually land an analytics job. Around them sits a written directory of eighteen specialisations — from performance analysis and strength and conditioning to sponsorship, operations, media and governance — with what each role does day to day and what it demands.

It is for students choosing a path, graduates who know they want to work in sport but not in what, and career changers who need to know which doors require a qualification and which require a portfolio. Notes and an exercise accompany the lessons, and a ten-question quiz at 80% issues a certificate with a verifiable ID.
