Help & Support

Common questions about courses, certificates and accounts. If none of this covers it, email us and a person will reply.

How do I sign in?
Sign in with Google from the login page, or by pressing “Start free course” on any course. The same button creates your account the first time and signs you in afterwards — there is no separate registration step and no password to remember.
Why is the next lesson locked?
Lessons open one at a time. The next one unlocks when you mark the current lesson complete, so the course is worked through in order. On courses split into units, a unit opens only once you have passed the previous unit’s test — not merely attempted it.
I passed the quiz but received no certificate.
A certificate is issued only by a quiz that certifies, and only at or above its pass mark — 80% on the short courses. Unit tests inside a multi-unit course deliberately do not certify. The UGC NET preparation course issues no certificate at all: only the NTA can certify a candidate in UGC NET, and a certificate from a preparation course could be mistaken for that. If you believe a certificate is genuinely missing, email us with the course name and the date you passed.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes, as many times as you like. There is no limit and no penalty.
How does someone verify my certificate?
Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can check it at sportalcorporate.org/verify by entering the ID, or by scanning the code — no account needed.
Do free courses carry university credit?
No. The free short courses are exactly that — short courses from Sportal Corporate. They are not credit-bearing university awards and they do not contribute to the NCrF credit ledger. Our degree programmes are separate and are awarded by the partner university.
Is my progress saved?
Yes — progress is tied to your account, so you can leave and come back on any device.

Still stuck?

Email director@sportalcorporate.org. Include your course name and, if it is about a certificate, its ID — it saves a round trip.
