What we collect

Profile details you provide (name, contact, education, skills, experience, resume), and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.

How we use it

To match you with relevant internships, jobs, and courses, and to let employers you apply to review your application. Employers only see your profile when you apply or when you opt in to the talent pool — never before.

Your controls

You choose which profile information is visible to employers, you can turn talent-pool visibility off at any time, and you can withdraw an application before it is reviewed. Contact us to export or delete your data.

Data we never sell

We do not sell your personal data. We do not place personal data in URLs, and access to it is restricted by role.
