The course starts with a governing body's actual sustainability strategy and what running a sustainable event involves, then explains carbon terminology honestly — offsetting, net zero, scopes one to three — so you can tell a real commitment from a press release. It covers climate risk and adaptation for sport, how impact is measured and reported, and ESG and partnerships.
It suits sustainability and operations staff, event organisers, federation and club administrators facing new reporting requirements, and students on a sport management or environmental course. Six video lessons, several of them full sessions, are released one at a time with written notes and key terms. A ten-question quiz at 80% issues a verifiable certificate.
